Rebecca is living in So. Korea teaching English at Seoul Nat. University and really loving her job. She is making friends and keeping very busy. She is going to take an intensive korean language course this summer. She traveled to Cambodia for 2 weeks during a school holiday-a fabulous experience. Check out her pics on Facebook or her blog--pretty cool pictures. Rebecca came home at Christmastime which was a treat to have her home.
Brooke & Delbert are busy with baby Zachary who is 7 months old now and weighs about 20# He is a happy little guy and smiles all the time showing his 2 bottom teeth. Madison is busy with school, swimming, and soccer. Brooke loves teaching 1st grade at Fielding Elem. close to Logan.
Tricia & Joe traveled to Alabama for Tricia's Spring break. Tricia is excited to graduate with her bachelors degree in Human Development & Family Studies on May 8 from the Univ. of Utah. Way to go Tricia!! Joe is now working for 4HOME Audio/Visual. They enjoy working on their house and look forward to putting in a backyard soon. Buddy is doing great.
Douglas is working full-time at 4LIFE Research in Tech Support. He has been admitted to Utah State Univ. in Logan and is considering colleges for Fall Semester. He has enjoyed his season pass at Snowbird Ski Resort this winter. He will be going to Florida for a week in May with his company-DisneyWorld included! He took a motorcycle class in March to get his Motorcycle endorsement.
Kara is now in a program called Young Women Empowerment Center in Ephraim. She will be there for a few months. She is able to work on her schoolwork there and doing really well there. We visit her every Sunday. We are looking forward to a home visit in May!
We have enjoyed having many family members coming more often to Utah. Jerry has become a regular dinner guest (out to dinner or home) and picked up racquetball to play with Paul. It has been fun to see Janell more often and Coleen twice in 2 months!! Dennis finally made it to Utah for conference weekend with his boys. Paul & Doug enjoyed a fine day of "Utah's greatest snow on Earth"!! FUN FAMILY TIMES!!
Patti has a new calling--Relief Society teacher. Whoopee!! She enjoys her newer job at Roosevelt Elem. She enjoys playing grandma any chance she gets especially Spring break. We are thankful for family-it is such an important part of our lives here on earth. We are thankful for the wonderful blessing of being in such a great family.
We look to you as such good examples.
