Robert & Lorraine Haws Family

Dear Haws Family,
Gosh, it's wonderful that we are on the cool side of summer! I love the
color and smells of Fall. The only thing about Fall is that Christmas is right
around the corner and that makes me hyperventilate! I really enjoyed the
summer rest from teaching. We spent time in Greer with Jason/Laurissa and
family, James/Stacee and family. That was so much fun. Our rocket though got
caught on a phone line the second try up. We had fun crafts and pink hair
day. Lots of good food and fun. It did rain even though it was July. Poppers
were the ticket. All the grandkids loved the poppers, but they did make a
mess! I (Lorraine) enjoyed the week I spent visiting with the Moffitts, the
Stewarts, Jerry and Mimi & Papa there. Always lots to be done and naps to be
had. Joshua hit his one year mark in August, so he is on the down turn. He is
doing great! James and Stacee moved to Moses Lake, Washington in July. We miss
them. They went to visit Josh a couple of Saturdays ago and sure had a great
time. Joshua loved seeing and visiting with them. Amy came for a visit and
we had a great time. She wanted to see the James Haws family before they left, and
of course spend time with her parents! Jason and Laurissa are getting a home.
They are really excited and we are excited for them. Jared and Nicki are buried
in school and kids. Mark, Amy and family are trying to stay dry. They had
a wet exciting summer with storms. Robert is still up to his eyeballs in
Missionaries and Missionary work. We still have a set of missionaries in our
home. They can be a challenge sometimes, but mostly they are good and bring
a wonderful spirit. I am still teaching and trying to be happy with missionaries
and missionary work. It is a wonderful season in our lives to have missionary
work so prevelent in our lives especially realizing the blessings of having Joshua in
the mission field. We love our family and hope you are all happy and doing
well.
Our Love to all of You! Robert, Lorraine & Joshua
