Hi Mimi! I am finally sending you the newsletter! I'm so sorry that it's so late! Everybody in the house has been sick, except Mark. It's been so hard catching up on things.
Things here are so good. The weather is starting to get chilly! It's been so nice! Ayn is doing so well in school. He aces all of his spelling tests. He is so smart and is doing extremely well. He is in karate, dance and is in piano again. Jaden is doing well in school, too. She is talking so much more now and is growing so fast. Ayn and Jaden play so well together and it's so much fun watching them grow. The doctor told me that I can't have any more children, so every moment with my small children is so special. Mark is starting the catering season now that the holidays are approaching. That's his side job for extra money. He is still working for the state and wishes that he would have gotten the job at the big grocery store chain, but he didn't get it. It would have been a blessing for us, but we are so fortunate as it is just to have jobs and a rood over our heads. I am still working at Pediatric Associates and looking to be promoted to assistant manager. I love working in peds because I get to hold the babies and visit with the mommies. I enjoy it a lot. We got our pumpkins yesterday and we carved them. They look so cool!! Ayn is going to be a skeleton this year. He enjoys trick or treating with his dad. Even though I don't take Jaden and I don't dress her up. I have chosen not to raise my children dressing up and trick or treating on Halloween, but Ayn loves to go with his dad.
I hope all is well with all the family. We sure do miss you guys. It was so nice to visit my family and say goodbye to James and Stacee and the kids. It was sad to see their house so empty. But even though it was only me that came to visit, it was sure nice to see everybody and visit with my mom and dad. It was a very special trip. Next time, when the ticket prices go down a bit, I will bring the entire family.
I love you guys so much. I am sorry that this is so short, but it's my lunch break and I have to get back to work. I live two minutes away from work, so I am fortunate to be able to come home for lunch everyday.
Love you guys much!!
Mark, Amy, Jaden and Ayn
