Hello everyone!!
Things are staying busy at the Perry home. We celebrated our one year anniversary last week on Sunday, April 20th. Brooke is now 22 weeks along and not fitting into her summer clothes. She is due August 30th and we are having a boy. At the last ultrasound, the doctor said the baby looked well and was measuring 5 days bigger than expected. Her pregnancy has been progressing nicely and she has had very good health. Brooke has been very grateful that she has had no sickness or illness throughout her pregnancy so keep your fingers crossed.
Delbert has been busy with his work as a heating and air conditioning installer. His schedule is so crazy sometimes that we never know when to expect him home. But he is still enjoying his job and learning a new trade. Delbert also has been refereeing some high school soccer games in the valley. We are teaching Sunday School to 12 and 13 year olds in our ward and although it is a challenge, it is rewarding to see them learn and ask questions about the Gospel.
The school year is almost over for Brooke. She will be leading the summer camp at the private school she is currently at until the first of August. Brooke will be working at a new school this fall in Fielding, Utah. Fielding is about 20 minutes away from Logan and a nice drive. Brooke will be teaching first grade in Fielding Elementary and is excited to join a school district.
Madison is almost done with school and looking forward to the summer. She will be nine years old in June. She is awesome at multiplication and working on her division facts. She is also very excited that she is having a brother. Maddy is playing soccer and enjoying the soccer season. She loves to kick the ball around with Delbert to develop her skills since he can teach her a lot about soccer and it is always fun to play with Dad. Maddy is also continuing karate and ballet and has a ballet review in May.
