Hello one and all -
We are all happy and well here in St. George. I guess that not much new has happened for us lately but we have kept busy. Nate is still working hard for us. His office is ever-growing and he is hoping to get an assistant sometime soon. He has recently been called to serve as the 11-year-old scout leader in our ward and he is loving it. They went on their first campout a couple of weeks ago and they all had a great time.
I am staying busy, and sometimes overwhelmed, lately. I am trying to finish planning the primary program and I am starting on all my end of the year assignments for Primary. There are birthdays to plan, bulletins to arrange, budgets to estimate....the list goes on. I am also working this flu season for a company out of Salt Lake. I am running all of their flu clinics here in St. George. I finished the hiring a bit ago and we just finished working for the World Senior Olympics. We will be pretty steady through the month of November.
Brinley is loving school and is a SUPER reader. She is one of the highest in her class. We recently cut Brin's hair and donated it to locks of love. She loves her new short hair and is quite a sass.
Addie is our little lover. Always hugging, always touching, always wanting to be near. She is doing very well in preschool and asks every morning if it is her school day.
Porter is as mischievous as ever. He and his little neighbor friend are always palling around, getting trouble. He loves 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, trucks, horses....he can't get any more boy. However, he has been known put on his fair share of dress-up shoes when needed.
All-in-all, life is moving quickly. We are blessed to have such great family and friends. We hope all of you are doing exceptionally well.
Love you,
Nate, Mindy, Brinley, Addie, and Porter Cowan
