Dear Precious Family:
WOW!!! Looking over the last 6 months, we have been VERY BUSY! Our summer began with Bethany's High School graduation in the rain.. a new experience for us.. just having rain was quite an experience. A trip to Salt Lake for Tricia's College Graduation. Then we had a trip to Moreno Valley for Collin's High School Graduation. A couple of trips to Hawsienda. Marshall, Tiffany and family came for a week in July and we went to Hawsienda (we caravanned with them). We had a great time being with Marshall, Tiffany and family. But it was different not to have the rest of the family there. We missed the rest of you. Just being there brought back many sweet memories of all the family there and especially singing around the campfire with David playing his guitar.
Joshua returned from his mission to Washington in July.. It was so good to see him.. Joshua gave a great report in Sacrament Meeting. I said to myself, "Is that the same Joshua that gave his farewell talk?" He did a great job! Then the wedding of Joshua and Erin in September. A very special day!!
Pops with a kidney stone attack, (not fun) and Pop's 80th birthday party! We had all 8 of our children here for the wedding and Pop's birthday celebration. A fun but busy weekend. We are sorry that their spouses could not join in on the fun. They were greatly missed.
We have added 5 more Great grandbabies to our list and 1 more this month. Jared and Nikkis. Due any time. Precious little ones. Our family is, indeed, growing.
We love each one of you and are so very grateful for family. Each one of you bless our lives in so many ways. We appreciate your love and caring for us and for each other. We are striving to be an eternal family. Let us each look into our lives and see what we need to adjust to be worthy of such a blessing. Let us be ever faithful.
