Dearest Family,
Well, since October 2008, we had thanksgiving-burried turkeys that were yum, and christmas which was fun, and survived another tax season. Yeah! Another teaching year is about to be behind me also. And one of us is really happy- guess which one!
I went during spring break to visit the James Haws family in Moses Lake Washington. I can remember those years with busy little ones! I am certanley glad it is behind me. It was really fun to see where they lived, and be with their family. We went on a couple of road trips, one to a place called Leavenworth. It was a beautiful little town up in the monutains that had lots of Swiss. It was a really fun trip! spring was short but nice and our biggest news, besides the newest grandbaby (Jason and Laurissa) is that Joshua is coming home July 27! Anyone that would like to come to airport is welcome to come! I don't know what time of day he is coming, but if you call later I will probably know more.
I know some of you will be in Greer. Stacee is coming down with the kids a week before and will be here for a few weeks. James will fly down and drive her home. we are going to visit Amy, Mark, Ayn & Jaden the first week in May. We are down to the Keys for 3 days. Should be interesting. Amy says lots of gays live down there. Hmmm. I am sure we will have a great time (if it isn't too humid!)
The heat is fast approcing, which means summer, getting to see family, Greer and vacations. I hope that you are coming thru Mesa for any reason! Give us a call so we can see you! I know dennis likes to sneak in and out of mesa and we hear about his trip long after he is gone. I wonder what that is all about? The missionaries are no longer with us. One of us is sad, guess which one! It was an experiance, one that I will always remember. We hope that you are all well, employed and busy! We look forward to seeing many of you this summer!
lots of love,
Robert and Lorraine
