Chris & Ashlie Mann Family

Hello Family…

We had great intentions on being the first to get the newsletter to Mimi…but it was a failed attempt. Life just keeps getting busier and busier. We are still living in Orem and loving it. We love our neighborhood, and our ever growing branch; which will most likely be a ward before long.

Chris is just finishing up his semester in school and now only has 4 classes left! We are finally seeing the light at the end of the LONG tunnel. We are now deciding if we are going to go on to Grad school or if we should wait a little while and just work. Who knows?!?! We are excited for what is to come next though. Chris was just called into the Stake as the Men’s Sports Coordinator and of course he already loves it. Anyone that knows Chris knows he loves his sports. He is a great dad and Mylie is so attached to him. Anytime he is home, she is connected to him. He is so good to us.

Ashlie is looking forward to having another little girl join our family in July. We are so excited and happy that Mylie will have a little buddy to play with. Ashlie is still serving as the Relief Society President in our Branch which has over 150 sisters now. It is adding 3-4 new families per week. Ashlie’s calling keeps her very busy, but she loves it. Her parents left on a mission to Argentina in February and left Ashlie in charge of all her dad’s rental properties. So, along with her calling, she also finds time to keep her Father’s business running smoothly.

Mylie is growing up way too fast. She is very polite, saying please and thank you for everything you give her. She also says sorry if she thinks she has hurt you in any way. She has started to put multiple words together into sentences and even with her limited phrases, never seems to run out of things to say. She is starting to make friends in the neighborhood and loves to be outside whenever possible. She is just starting to go to nursery without us with her. We love having her around and love how fast she is progressing. She is waiting for her “baby sissy”, as she would say, to come so she can play with her.

We are so excited for summer and hope to see many of you come to Utah and visit. We hope you are all doing well and can’t wait to catch up on all of your happenings. We love you all!
