Dear Family, Wow! That's all I can say about the events that have taken place this past year since last summer. The most important events were the departing of the missionaries and the family get together we had when Uncle Louis died. Now that was fun!!!!! When can we get together again? Name the date and Kent and I will be there! The Stewarts are doing quiet well. Collin has adjusted to being an only child, and I don't think it took him very long to adjust. He is anxious for his junior year to finish. He is driving, as much as he can with his permit. He is still trying to get his Eagle Scout project going. He is going to rebuild a foot bridge at Lake Perris. It will take some planning, but it will be a good project once he gets started. He did measure the bridge and now he needs to look into how he can get some lumber. Our stake is putting on a dance festival in July, so he is participating in that weekly. He was reluctant at first, but now he seems to enjoy practicing. Plus he is dancing the waltz with a cute girl.I (Sheryl) am busy with my calling, Stake YW President. It seems that there are more meetings than activities. I am finishing up with the Ward Conferences this month, and then I get to focus on girl's camp. Also, youth conference was an overwhelming job, but I managed and even enjoyed it. I have wonderful counselors and a secretary who are so willing and flexible. Teaching has been keeping me busy too, due to the end of the year with testing and trying to get everything done before school is over. I have been assigned a student teacher in my class, which means that she shares the teaching time with me. So it lightens the load a little bit. Oh yeah, that's right, summer is coming and that means VACATION: Utah, Lake Powell, and Greer. YEA!Kent is still busy with driving, driving, and driving to work daily. The gas prices are just doing a number on his debit card. He keeps busy with trying to take care of his mom's yard (across the street) and our yard. Hopefully we will have a gate put across the driveway opening where the donkeys love to come through. I hope it happens soon so we can start putting nice plants in our front yard. The donkeys have eaten all of the nice plants that we have had in our yard. For some reason they won't eat the weeks, neither will the rabbits. That's another story.Kyle is just enjoying and loving missionary life. He is in Bayfield Colorado, which seems to be a farming community in the mountains. He has a few baptisms in the near future and talks about helping out on a cow and chicken farm. Kyle the farmer? His testimony has grown and he continually calls us to repentance. He has been out for almost 6 months. I look forward to Mother's Day when we can talk with him.Well, we are all doing GREAT and loving life. We have so much to be greatful for because we have a wonderful family. Mimi and Papa are the best. We hope to see you all this summer either in Utah, Mesa, or Greer. So Marshall and Dennis try to get to Utah, Mesa, or Greer this summer so we can play cousins. Love,Kent, Sheryl, Kyle, and Collin
